Northern California is often regarded as a world of its own. Next, venturing into Sacramento, the farm-to-fork capital of the U.S, where all the freshest farm food comes to be. Housing a major contingent of the U.S’ Vietnamese population, Sacramento also offers plenty of amazing Vietnamese food. In the morning, wake up to appreciate the city’s notable coffee culture with the many local roasters nearby to fuel the energy needed to go explore Capital park in downtown and the many farmers markets along the way there. In south Sacramento one may taste the wines of Clarksburg as well as the Lodi wine country. Lassen national park within the mountains proves to satiate anyone’s desires for a volcanic adventure. Follow that with the more intense hiking of the Sierra Nevada mountains and check out Lake Tahoe to appreciate the beauties of nature that lie within Northern California.
