Holland is an interesting place. It’s both referred to as Holland itself and is often the name people use when they refer to all of the Netherlands, and the people there speak Dutch. Holland, Netherlands and Dutch. None of those words seems to have a correlation to most of the world, yet most people are aware that they are all in fact from the same region. This list is brought to you by Nina Travels.
- Admiring Windmills. Windmills are all around Holland. It’s actually probably harder to stay out of sight of Windmills than it is to actually look for them. These old and rustic generators are particularly beautiful in Kinderdijk Park. You need to check them out!
- Searching For the Largest Wooden Clog. Have you ever worn shoes that are too big for you? How much bigger? 1 or 2 sizes? How about 50/60 sizes too big. How about the size of your entire torso? Hollands famous giant wooden clogs have got you covered for all your big shoe needs.
- Exploring Water Canals. Water canals fill Holland. You should explore them. They’re awesome and that’s really all we have to say about them.
